Improving keyword-specific ranking of Avineon website in search results
Avineon Inc. is a major global provider of information technology, engineering support, and geospatial services; serving central, state and local government agencies, as well as commercial clients including utility, telecommunications, process, and energy companies. Avineon Inc. needed to improve the search engine rankings of a number of relevant keywords in their website. The primary objective was to increase the number of unique visitors accessing the site.
How we did it
The targeted keywords rapidly climbed up the search rankings on Google, within the first phase of the project itself. Most notably, "geospatial solutions" came up in the first page of search results on Google within just 5 months, from a position of below 500 before the optimization started. We achieved this by a combination of ethical on-page optimization and strategic off-page techniques, including manual link building through eBooks marketing, press releases, blog commenting, social media marketing, and directory submissions.
What we achieved
During the time of the project, bounce rate on the Avineon site reduced by 20.33%. Also, the pages per visit count improved by 11.29%. The client was pleased with the results.
